Cameron Cody Coming to Hawkinsville Opera House This Friday

Internationally recognized concert artist, conductor, and organist Cameron “Cam” Cody will perform live at the Hawkinsville Opera House this Friday, March 6, at 7 p.m.

A Warner Robins, Georgia native, Cody currently serves as director of music and principal organist at Chapelwood United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas, where he leads a nationally recognized music ministry for a 7,000-member congregation. He is the only known artist to hold endorsements from both a major piano manufacturer and organ manufacturer, representing Shigeru Kawai Pianos and the Allen Organ Company.

Cody has performed at Carnegie Hall multiple times and has collaborated with gospel artist Tiffany Coburn. His recordings feature arrangements by Grammy Award-winning composer David T. Clydesdale, including a recent project with The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. His programs span Gospel, Broadway, and classical repertoire.

All tickets are general admission — $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on the Hawkinsville Opera House website.
